Bonus

I've been spending lots of time on my computer again this summer and that old irrational fear started creeping back. A person really should have some concerns when she sits so long her backside gets numb. Don't you think?

Anyway, I purchased a stability ball earlier this year and decided to give it a whirl in my office.

It was actually a nice change, but after about an hour and a half on that puppy, my gluteus maximus and lower back felt a tug. Hey. Is it possible I can get my work done AND tone my worst feature at the same time?

Awesome! Here's to better butts!

Thank the Lord for simple solutions.

Ooo, and it wouldn't squeak as much as my old office chair either! Hmmmm, might have to give it a try!

Hi, Tami

It is too late in the game for me to ever qualify for the Better Butts Club, but I can certainly toast to "better days." :)

Thanks for stopping by Spots and Wrinkles the other day. ...Marsha

Tami,

You crack me up.. But girl. I need one of those as well. I don't think it will fit in my tiny cubbyhole of an office however. Girl.. One day, I can't wait to meet you face-to-face. Love you.

Happy TT. Rejoicing in the Lord this day. Hugs, Lynn

I love the idea of a stability ball as a desk chair and plan to get my husband one for work if his office approves it. The balls are also great for kids. We use them all the time for our children for motor activities and sensory diet work. Every home should have a few in different sizes, I feel... Glad yours is working for you.

What a good idea! I've been thinking about one for my son for his school day, but haven't gotten around to it. Though with the bonus you're getting, I should consider one for myself as well!

Thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting on our VBS.

Oh, I had to laugh at your posts! They are so funny. Thanks for you the good laughs and smiles 1st thing this morning. Love the way you write. Thanks for stopping by & commenting on TT post. Funny that you mentioned about God being interwoven in our lives. This weekend I was aware how my friends have interwoven each other into my other friends lives now forming the tapestry of my life. This will be my next TT post. You are just getting a teaser. LOL
